Shipping Policy

All West Coast Smokers are built and shipped from the Pacific Northwest.

Smokers are shipped via freight on a pallet or are available for local pickup, depending on your location and selection at checkout.

Processing & Build Time

Each smoker is built to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for fabrication before your order ships. Build times may vary based on demand.

Shipping Method

Once complete, orders ship via freight carrier on a pallet to the address provided at checkout. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment is in transit.

Delivery

• Delivered on a pallet via freight

• Curbside delivery only

• Signature may be required at delivery

Please ensure the delivery location can accommodate a freight truck and pallet delivery.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in the Pacific Northwest. If you select local pickup, you will be contacted to arrange a pickup time once your smoker is complete.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipment size.

Damages

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If any damage is present, note it with the carrier before signing and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.
